Making Young Musicians Studio Policies (2nd Year)

  • I understand that enrollment in Let's Play Music is for a FULL semester (with the intention that children will continue with the program for the three years/six semesters of the curriculum), which means that I am responsible for payment of the full semester even if I miss lessons, take weeks off, or quit in the middle of the semester. All tuition payments, registration fees, and materials fees are non- refundable. The full tuition is due even if I miss classes or choose to discontinue the program early. In case of unexpected hardship, I will notify Ms. Abigail as soon as possible.

  • If paid monthly, tuition is due at the first lesson of each month. A late fee of $10 will be charged if payment is not made by 11:59pm on date due. 

  • Tuition is $80/month or $320/semester for 2nd year. If tuition is paid in full for the semester on or before the first class a 5% discount is given. 

  • It is anticipated that my child will stay with Ms Abigail throughout the three year Let's Play Music curriculum.

  • I agree to read parent emails, attend class regularly, and be engaged with my child during class. I will assist my child in repeating the activities in class and at home, in an effort to maximize the benefits of the program.

  • In the event that a scheduling conflict arises with another activity, a move to a different class may be requested, but will depend on room in the other class and is not guaranteed. If no other options are available, I understand that tuition will not be waived for missed classes.

  • I am aware that parents attend during the 2nd year once a month. I also understand that siblings are not permitted to attend class, and childcare arrangements must be made for weeks that parents attend.

  • I agree to pick up my child promptly (within 5 minutes) from class each week or I will be charged a $10 late fee.

  • I understand that in order to secure a spot for my child in a class, both this registration form AND the online enrollment through the Let's Play Music website (www.letsplaymusicsite.com) are required.

  • I agree to pay my $25 registration fee with my first tuition payment. I agree to pay my $25 recital fee with my first tuition payment of the 2nd semester. I understand all payments must be cash or through Zelle or Venmo. 

  • Ms. Abigail works hard to maintain a safe teaching environment. However, our programs do involve physical movement. By registering in this program, I, the parent or legal guardian, accept full financial liability for any accident or injury that could possibly happen to my child, myself, or any guest accompanying me, while in Abigail Wiest's home or on her property. I release Abigail Wiest, and all of her heirs and connections from all liability.

  • Optional, but appreciated: I grant permission to have my child photographed and/or videotaped for promotional use on Ms. Abigail’s website, Facebook page and Instagram. I maintain the right to request the discontinuation of any image.
